請問一個星期要練幾多次,同埋要做幾重先可以練到大隻D架?

Eating and Sleeping is as important as working out.  Eat Right and have sufficient rest is the KEY.

For beginner, you must do DEADLIFT and SQUAT.  You just cannot get BIG if you don't do these two exercises.

I seen people gain 15 pounds of MUSCLE in less than a month.
