A pair of fixed weight "quality" dumbbells - I would go for 3 Kg. (150 HKD)
A 4 Kg medicine ball. (150 HKD)
A swiss exercise ball. (150 HKD)
Optional: An Ab Rower (80-100 HKD)
Really, you don't anything else at home. These equipement set save space and should do the job for most people.
